They are business partners and life partners. They're actually engaged.

And it's really interesting to see the dynamics between them and how they work out disagreements

Another thing that I want to highlight in this episode is their negotiation strategy because

their business is a real estate business.

They're a real estate investment company. So they're constantly negotiating with realtors,

other independent sellers, and tenants to try and figure out what's next for their business.

And then we're going to finish off the episode talking about their business strategy because it goes up beyond just owning real estate and managing

story because I first met Rochelle at one of my negotiation seminars, and I didn't know her name,

but I knew she was a scientist. So the whole time I called her the researcher. And we had this

in that simulation. I was like, this is someone I need to keep in touch with. And then John, we've met a

couple times at, we first met at OSU at an event and we just kept in touch and we found out that
