What is that topic? Self-motivation. And the thing about self-motivation is that it's something we all want, but it's something that we don't really understand. I mean, I'm sure that you may be thinking about things that you want to improve or change in your life.

It's the time of year where everybody's doing it.

home a couple days ago our son Oakley was about to hear back from his top

choice for college. He, like so many kids, applied early decision,

which means if the college accepts him, he is going to agree to go. It's like a binding

contract. And this particular school that he had applied to is going to let all the kids who had applied early decision know, and they were going to let them know by announcing the decision in an online portal at 8 o'clock in the morning on a Saturday.
