1:02.0	I just use Atros. I continually see what are new sites linking to me,
1:05.8	which ones I'm losing, which ones I'm gaining.
1:08.1	And anytime I see a bad link, I just disavow it.
1:11.0	But that's pretty much how I do it. It's not really time intensive.
1:15.0	I don't really spend 15 minutes in one seating. I more so check in two to three times a week.
1:21.0	I get a lot of links, but if you're not getting thousands of links
1:25.1	per month, then you can probably do it just one day, pick a Saturday or a Sunday or
1:29.8	Friday, and they'll show you what links were added and which ones dropped off and then disavow the ones that suck.
1:36.5	And you can do that usually in like five or six minutes.
