So here's the thing, entrepreneurs, leaders, salespeople.

I'm going to give you guys a blueprint to this mega open house concept right so let's get into it

number one we have to get as many people as we possibly can into the open houses

right so the first thing we do is we email our database. We have two email systems. We use

Bomb and we use Mailchimp. Of course we love Baumba because of the video

capabilities that you have through email and through text.

We love MailChimp because it has a really pretty user interface.

It's pretty to look at.

You can get super creative with it.

So we use that as well.

And additionally, if you have one, two, or two or three email blast systems, if they unsubscribed from one, they can't get rid of you, right? So you just keep sending them emails so have more than two.
