Today I wanted you on the podcast,

because I know you are killing it wholesaling here in Las Vegas. I know you make big margins

with little marketing spend so I just want to go over that I want to go over that in

detail. Is that great? Yeah, absolutely. beautiful. So for people who don't know who you are, can you give us your quick

intro? Yeah, Angel, grew up in New York City. Moved to Vegas about six, seven years ago, and I got into wholesaling about

four years ago during the pandemic.

Yeah.

That was my introduction to wholesaling like a lot of people.

Got let go from the position that I was in and wholesaling found me. Yeah. Okay. And then I guess like give us some of your

highlights like how many wholesales have you done? How much money have you made?

I've probably done close to like 60 deals. We average, I think I've averaged like 31,000 in profits per deal.

Don't do a lot of deals, but the margins are up there.

And I do SMS marketing, my bread and butter.

And yeah, that's pretty much it Yeah, and this year we've done a couple a couple months of six figure months.

Oh, yeah, so trying to get consistent in the six figure months.
