My name's Jairn Sustar from the middle of nowhere, South Carolina.

My dad is a pastor, so I grew up a pastor son. Everybody, my family is a

pastor, and then I'm the black sheep. But I mainly say that to let people know I didn't

come from money. So like, never been given money. Money wasn't something we talked

about growing up. We weren't investing in real estate a ton. My whole, excuse me, we weren't investing in real estate all, never talked about it growing up. My whole goal desire was like, let me play college baseball. That was all I wanted to do in life. Okay. And so I was able to fulfill that,

played a small D1 and graduated college with like $65,000 in student loan debt. Then, I'm in, from South Carolina, so you got to buy a
