You know we think just because we become an entrepreneur is and we don't have somebody hanging over us as a leader or manager holding this accountable to results

That well I can do this at my company. Yeah, you still have responsibility. Yeah, you still have responsibility your business You have a responsibility business, you have a responsibility of your family, you have responsibility

of your employees, right? So you do have somebody you're accountable to.

Right? At the end of the day you should be ashamed to abandon that to chase a pleasure.

You know for 21 years I did not chase after things I wanted in life because I had a responsibility.

I had responsibility in my kids,

I had responsibility in my wife,

my responsibility to my organizations I was leading, right?

But what I got to a point where I earned the right, I call ETR, earned the right to chase your fashion.

Yeah.

Earn the right to start that new business.

Earn the right to go sit on the beach.

Earn the right to take nine days off, 12 days off, 15 days off as an entrepreneur.

Like nobody, when you sign up to your entrepreneur, nobody handles you, you know, 15 days of sick time.

Yeah.

Nobody handles you three weeks of vacation. You sign it up for being

an entrepreneur, you're signing up for the responsibility to being an entrepreneur. Earn it. Earn the

right to take the vacation, earn the right to chase your passion.

But you do that based on your purpose.

But people don't ever do that.

They don't ever push to building a business.

Because they don't know why they're doing it in the first place.
