1:13.0	Like, we are more bullish today than we've been in a decade,
1:18.0	which begs the question, how's the market?
1:20.0	The answer is, it's on fire, fire per Steve and all of the data points. Now you know
1:26.5	that you're experiencing it I know that so why am I talking about it? Here's the
