predictable which I thought was a lot of fun because I posted a poll on my

Instagram stories about what the realistic expectation should be for fat loss in three months and we got answers all across the board from like 2 pounds to 36 pounds and everywhere in between.

But I also announced in this episode that we are running a three-month
