And from a business perspective, as you become more and more successful and you enter

positions of leadership, what you're going to start finding is you're going to start

doing less and less.

You're going to start thinking more and more and decisions are going to become the main

output of your work.

Today's episode is about making every decision that you make in business and in life count.

Let's hop into it.

There's a general rule of thumb and there's obviously nuance to this, but I think it

generally applies.

Junior employees in a business produce goods and services.

They produce software at a software company, content at a media company, a parallel at

a clothing company, senior employees in a business produce plans and decisions.

They spend time thinking about the software, thinking about the content or thinking about

the apparel that the company can create and then they make a decision about what should

be created and they lay out a plan for doing it.
