Yes, I went to Florida. That's actually what kind of inspired this this podcast because we were we were there traveling and stayed in like four different places visiting

people I should actually give a shout out to our friends Evelice and Sigg who runs a

company called the Food Pharmacy in Sarasota.

Evelice is a pharmacist actually and she has kind of transferred that, you know, that knowledge

mindset into, away from pharmaceuticals into food and getting people food as medicine.

Yeah, so they're doing some really great things for the Sarasota community, bringing

veganism there.

So we stay with them for a few days.

We stayed with my dad in his motor home for a few days and we stayed in hotels for a few days.

So we were kind of all over the place, didn't have any sort of real set kitchen or schedule.

And food was a challenge, but it was one of those things where we've just gotten
