And not only that, but someone on my team, confidence coach Amber, actually came to me

So let's just start with that. You said, you know, sometimes we talk about discomfort as something

we have to tolerate. Like everyone knows this. You got to go outside your comfort zone to get what

you want in life, to grow your confidence, whether it's talking to somebody or speaking

up or having a difficult conversation. That's all outside of your, quote, comfort zone. And so,

of course, we teach people and show them how to take those steps, go outside their comfort zone,
