Holly is really wanting to lose weight but struggling with some of the obsessive thoughts

about tracking and wanting to think about doing this in a totally different way.

So for those of you who have maybe been on this fence where you're like, okay, yes,

I know I can make progress tracking but I'm not going to want to do it long term and

it kind of sometimes creates an obsessive thinking for me with food and I really need

something that doesn't do that.

So we talk a lot about how she can make changes to her habits, to gently start to work her
