If you have diabetes type 2 and you want to lose weight a lot faster, this video is for you! In this video, I’m going to cover what you need to know about diabetes and weight loss as well as how to lose weight fast.  

• Type 2 diabetes is a condition where you have high blood glucose. High blood sugar is triggered by insulin. Insulin responds to the excess sugar and stores it as fat.  

If you want to lose weight, it’s as simple as reducing insulin. Insulin is basically a lock that keeps fat from going away.  

Weight loss mistakes people with type 2 diabetes make:  

1. Low calories/Multiple meals 

2. Low fat/Lean protein 

3. Weighing yourself frequently (measure your waist at the belly button instead) 

4. Moderation 

5. Eating whatever you want because you exercise
