really fortunate. I got an amazing woman her name is Ruthie. She's an inner

circle member. She lives in Sweden, got her on the phone and she walks us

through how she lost 24 pounds and it's an incredible story but not

necessarily because of the exact methods that she used. Not the programming, not

the nutrition. It's more because she really goes in detail into the mindset of

it and my favorite part is when she discusses how she handled the moments in

which most people would fail and which most people would say they screwed up and

which most people would say they don't have motivation anymore and which most

people would say nothing they do is working and which most people would say they

went off track and they they don't see the point and keep going. She really did an

amazing job about lining how she continued to stay on track and I'm very
