So basically you're renting out your spare bedroom like a hotel, right?

Basically, I have a three-bedroom, three-bath townhouse in Seattle, and I rent out two

bedrooms and two baths of the townhome.

So if I was going to Seattle, I could go on Marriott.com or price line or something,

and I could book a room, or I could go on to Airbnb and I could book your spare bedroom

essentially, right?

Correct.

Yes.

One of my two spare bedrooms, you could book for about half the price, at least, of a Marriott in downtown Seattle. Wow. And this is legit. I mean, you're making money off this. Like, you're making enough to cover your mortgage off doing this, right? Correct. Yes. I have complete coverage of all my overhead and utilities. And I live rent-free while I write books and do

copywriting for a living. So I work from home, which is fantastic for any freelancers out there who

are interested in, you know, continuing to work from home, but yet build like a thriving income

that allows them to kind of have a little bit more wiggle room to play in life.

Yeah, and that's what it's all about, you know, following your passion and doing your thing.
