Why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started?

I basically did not have a background in real estate.

I learned some from college about it, but I never got into it.

When I got out of college, I actually went into the cemetery business, which was a different business.

And obviously, I kind of got into real estate after struggling and trying to get a deal working full-time there.

I went full-time in real estate.

And when I went full-time, it just started opening up doors for me.
