| 0:00.0 | Let me guess, you have someone in your mind right now that you know you need to let go before a moment. Maybe it's a situation that's gone where it shouldn't. Maybe it's an ex or some situation, some guy you were trying to marry that didn't work out and you can't let him go. It's still in your head. Or maybe someone says they'll marry you, but they keep stalling, right? And you keep telling yourself, this Ramadan, I'm going to focus on Allah and Ramadan and Eidda and let him go. But deep down, kind of terrified because you know he's going to consume your Ramadan. Now, you might have even blocked him or unblocked him, then delete his number, then put it back, or whatever. Maybe you've made Da'a to forget him, but he's still the first person you think about when you wake up. And here's what I'm not going to tell you. |
| 0:38.2 | Just be patient. Just make da-just increase your I bed. Don't get me wrong. That's great. But if it was |
| 0:43.3 | that easy, it would be. So you're here right now for reason. What I'm going to give you instead is the |
| 0:49.8 | exact system I use with hundreds and hundreds of women to detach, not suppress, not distract, but like genuinely let go. So you can walk into Ramadan with a heart that's ready to receive a Lassapana with the idol without the distractions. Get a pen and paper. You are not going to miss this. It will make or break your entire Ramadan. Let's go. Welcome to the Mindfulness Miss Speaks podcast, a safe space to learn and grow into the best |

| 1:44.7 | I used to be the kind of person that would start Ramadan and really excited. |
| 1:48.5 | Then I would slowly taper off and then flatline somewhere in the middle and then like try to get it back up before Ramadan was over. |
| 1:55.8 | And then I have all the guilt after because I lost the biggest opportunity of the entire year to change my life with a |
| 2:01.8 | less pen of that. That no longer happens. That was a long time ago. So what we're doing is we're |
| 2:07.2 | trying to share with you exactly what I did. How I prep for Ramadan, how I do the whole 30 days. |
| 2:12.1 | We made an entire 30 day program. We have an entire prep series. You just show up because we know the average person is overwhelmed. Can't think of another thing to do. They promise themselves, you know, this Ramadan, I'm going to stop talking to him. I'm going to delete his number. I'm going to move on. And then one of two things kind of happen. |
