someone in my community and as much as it's a big conversation it's a messy conversation and it's a

conversation that's going to have a huge number of variables that are obviously very personal

I think it's also a really important conversation and it's one that I know when I was in this situation a few years ago I really could have used some guidance on this because I know I felt very alone and very confused and very

overwhelmed by knowing that I needed to do this thing but not knowing how I was actually going to do it and that can be really paralyzing and I think we can get

really stuck there and really just the whole thing gets very drawn out and can be longer and more painful than it needs to be because maybe we don't trust ourselves

Maybe we don't trust in our own resilience and our capacity to navigate difficult things or we just feel so overwhelmed by the task ahead and the road ahead that we

Shrink and we freeze and and we don't actually do the thing we know we need to do.
