I sat down with Brian to unpack his story of going from immigrating to America to becoming one of the top producing real estate agents in the nation to becoming a sales team leader to later founding Baphini & Company.

Not a lot going on last 18, 19 months for you. Not much. Let's see.

And 300 employees home to work from home. Try to manage staff that 40 of them moved out of state.

Yeah, and COVID, no events other than that, not much going on.

I feel like you needed a challenge.

Yeah, right. Yeah, well, I got one. Just like everybody else did, by the way.

Yeah, well, you have an amazing story, and you shared with our entire Ramsey staff this morning, but tell me the story of you coming to America.

And really starting out your career here.

So I came to America on a holiday, and I had no intention to move here.

I was a few months in the country doing, you know, I was selling t-shirts at the beach, you know, off a cart for a guy.

I was doing all kinds of stuff, mostly just kind of experiencing something California.
