If you’ve been stuck in a season where you’ve found yourself wondering if it will ever end, just know that you are NOT alone! When I asked my text community to send in questions for a Q&A, there was one prevalent theme that kept coming up: How can I keep showing up for my big dreams, even during times of uncertainty or change? Today, I’m sharing tangible tips you can use to better support yourself, create a sense of safety, and navigate tough challenges — even when life feels like a dumpster fire. I also want to highlight how these difficult periods are not only a positive thing — but a necessary one! — in order for us to grow, heal, and unlock our full potential.
