Well, Zasha, I'm excited to have you back on.

I mean, you're, you know, my OG partner in crime at wealthy investors so I guess like how have you been what

you've been doing you know just raising 50 million dollars for our funds oh

this is keeping it light, light work.

Damn!

Just kidding, no, I'm gonna.

But we did start a fund recently for commercial real estate,

so I've still fixed and flipped and have about six

projects that we're wrapping up in Hawaii and in the mainland and still looking

for rentals and J-Bs but mostly concentrated on bigger commercial 100 to 100 unit

apartment deals.

Got it.

So yeah, I guess before we get into like what you're doing in real estate because you're one of the only people that I know that do like all types of things all over the country.

You're not like one market, one strategy, you're like all the strategies in all the markets type of person, which is interesting.

But I guess like...

The definition of shiny objects.

Yeah, definition, the walking definition of shiny object syndrome. So I guess like have you been personally?

I have been good. I think I'm still trying to find a balance, find a good team. I hired a VA to help me with the day-to-day tasks

But really trying to get myself to not work as much even though you know I enjoy it I love real estate is my passion but I am really trying to force myself to spend more quality time and stop myself because it's hard. I keep breathing like real estate. Really?
