For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you know that I've had a rough couple of weeks.

I had yet another kidney stone surgery and have been recovering from that.

And this is my fourth kidney stone surgery in about 18 months.

So I'm working with doctors to figure that out.

And I'm really trying to give myself grace during this time.

And so that is why I am not airing a new episode this week.
