0:15.0	But we spent the weekend together at Determine to Rise and that's what I accidentally introduced her as over and over to people because I had trauma brain and did not

0:38.9	Hello and thanks for having me.
0:41.1	We had a very long drive from Salt Lake City down to Zion
0:46.5	to attend the determined to rise retreat.
0:49.4	There were about 80 other women with us
0:51.5	and it was a really, really nice weekend where we could
0:54.9	really connect with other women and experience the strength in numbers of
0:59.6	knowing that we're not alone and one of the things that Lisa mentioned on our drive home was that a lot of
1:07.2	women have the desire to spread the word about betrayal trauma recovery because before
1:12.4	they found betrayal trauma recovery because before they found betrayal
1:13.7	trauma recovery they didn't realize that there were so many women
1:17.8	experiencing similar things. Maybe the details are a bit different but
1:21.6	similar emotions of not knowing what to do, of trying
1:24.8	to figure out what to do next, of the pain and the confusion that come along with the abuse and
1:31.6	the infidelity that we've all experienced.
