Why do you think people are struggling with the communication?

0:02.0

Because it's something that wasn't taught to him.

0:04.0

It was only modeled.

0:06.0

And a lot of people didn't have good models.

0:08.0

They had people in their lives that saw conflict is something that they had to have in order to feel close to each other.

0:17.0

They saw how yelling was the only way to possibly stop something, maybe get physical was the only way to prove a point.
