Right today, we are going to find, in Proverbs 14, a promise, a principle that will enable

us to have abundance and profit in our lives.

Now let me make the disclaimer.

What is sovereign as the king of the universe, he has the right to choose for these principles,

not to hold true in our life for a greater purpose, for some wiser reason that he has

in mind.

But having said that, the general principle we're going to learn here today is true across

the board.

If we will be diligent to apply it, we're going to look at two verses from Proverbs 14,

verses 4 and 23.

They read this way, where there are no oxen, the manger is clean, but abundant crops

come by the strength of the ox.

And in verse 23, in all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty.
