This is a special one and not just because it's episode 125, which is half of 250, which is one-fourth of 1,000 episodes.

So we're almost there, everybody. We're almost at a thousand. We have a special guest. And it's

not just any special guest. It's the only guest I've ever had on the show.

And the cacophony, which is a great word, but the cacophony of voices pleading with me to get this guest back on the show.

It finally broke me.

And here I am.

I begged, I pleaded myself for her to join us, the one, the only. You know her as Coach Bennett the greater. Some of you may know her as Show Up Society. Others may know her as Tammy

Bennett, and there's a few people. Count them three, know her as mom. She's back on the show. Welcome,

Coach Tammy. Hello. It's so good to be to be back well it's so great to have you

and let me just just explain real quick one of the reasons why you haven't been on the show for a little

while is because you've been very very busy why don't you tell everyone what you just finished up

just about a little over a month ago?
