like that you that's right yeah no. No, I mean look you're always the manager right? I mean did you ever think when you were a manager when you were an executive that you go down and brainstorm with your team and we're all just equal here now. We're all brainstorming equally?

Look, I think collaboration is really super important. I just think collaboration and management go hand in hand, and you're always the manager when you're the manager.

you can still be managing. And sometimes you have to put, I don't say you put that hat aside, but sometimes you're going to take a little bit of a backseat because you want to get input for your folks.
