The importance guidance there was to remember that other managers may not think in terms of behavior, whereas if you're going to give feedback,

But we left something out there that we get asked a lot, and that is, how do I know whether or not to give the feedback and what do I do

fact I felt like I had already answered that in the previous cast, but somebody pointed out,

you know, you really just talked about how to take notes and how to distinguish behavior from just the comments that most managers make.
