How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast, where we work together to raise our

episode, we're going to be talking about change and how you can have positive change in your life.

Change is something that is always going to be happening.

Sometimes it's out of our control.

Sometimes it's something we do on purpose or it's planned, but change is always going to be happening.

And so how we can navigate that with a positive energy, a positive light is so important because as we grow and we build ourselves up, we want to make sure that things that we're doing are going to have positive impacts on our life.

But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in and really enjoy this time together.

We're going to take some deep healing, meditative breaths.

So pick a word and you're going to pick a word that resonates with a

frequency that you want to be in. If you want to pick abundance, joy, love, happiness, whatever

word you choose, you're going to say it over and over and over again as you take a deep breath in.

And then as you're holding your breath, you're going to visualize yourself doing something in that

frequency. And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more

positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And now, all right, we're going to take one more and out.

This time we're going to slow down even more.

We're going to let our shoulders relax, let our face relax,
