| 0:49.1 | going to be meditative style breaths. So as you breathe in, you're going to pick a word that resonates with the frequency that you want to be in. So you can pick love, joy, happiness, whatever frequency you want in your life. And then you're going to say that word over and over and over again as you're taking that deep breath in. And then as you're holding your breath, you're going to view yourself doing something in that frequency. And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more |

| 1:32.8 | Now this one is just going to be for healing, for peace, for calmness, for presence, for mindfulness, |
