How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast, where we work together to

raise our vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset. My name is Henry,

and in this episode, we're going to talk about how to have a positive outlook on your life. If you're feeling like you have a negative mindset or you're just feeling down about your situation or your future, we're going to talk about how to create positivity and that happiness vibration, that love vibration, that excitement for your life, your experience, everything that you have in front of you.

But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments. So slow down, zero in.

We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths to help us align with the frequency

that we want in our lives. So you're going to pick a word. It can be love, joy, happiness,

abundance, forgiveness, whatever frequency that you want within your body,

you're going to say that word over and over and over again, really charge it up within you.

And then as we're holding our breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency.

And then once we exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state.

Let's go ahead and take a deep breath in.

All right, well, we're going to do another breath. This one is all about alignment, about getting

ourselves in receiving modes. That way we can receive the message that we need for the day to help us

be in that positive mindset, to help us grow and experience life the way we want to. So imagine that

you are surrounded by the most high,

loving energy that's meant specifically for you to charge you up. It could have a certain color,

a certain taste, a certain smell, a certain temperature, however you visualize it. And when you breathe

it in, it's going to loosen up the negativity. It's going to loosen up the weight, the block,

everything that is preventing you from being in full flow state. And then once you exhale, It's going to loosen up the weight, the block, everything that is preventing

you from being in full flow state. And then once you exhale, it's going to take all of that

with it, leaving you in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. the end out
