Today we're going to talk about, are you casting a large enough net?

Are you casting a large enough net, specifically with your database to get the amount of

referrals you want and the business you want from the people that you say

you already know in that database of yours and are you

doing it in a relevant way so let's get into the show here's what I wrote down if

you want more referrals in 2015 you really need to pay attention to actually not just referrals. You need to look at the fact that the data shows that the average consumer moves every 7 to 10 years.

Every 7 to 10 years. So if I've got a hundred people inside my database,

7 to 10 listings I should be getting.

You have to ask yourself, if you're not getting

7 to 10 percent of the total number of people

inside your database to interact with you, to engage

with you, to list their home with you, there's a pretty good chance that you're not

casting a large enough net and you're not touching them in the most relevant way for them.

So let's take a look at that.

Let's look at all the different mediums, all the different channels of distribution

that you could use today to cast a larger net to touch more people and to ultimately

get the business you deserve. So here's what I wrote down. If you make phone calls
