tenants with his family. He took that background and got into co-living spaces now and it's absolutely

crushing it where you could double, triple, even quadruple your cash flow. We have a lot of detail and a lot of questions that he answers on the restrictions, the problems, the solutions, how to run the tenants, the mindset, the buybox, a lot of really good things. And why he sees this as a huge opportunity that America is going to be transferring towards more and more every single year. And in the next three to five years, it sounds like this is going to be the new way that everybody lives. So I feel like it's an important lesson for two things. One, adapting your real estate business and looking at some of these properties that might not cash flow today and realizing that if you can start to get ahead of this trend, you can make a lot of money in real estate. But two, the affordable housing crisis is a real thing. And if you don't do something for yourself to be able to get ahead and get some financial security behind you, this is where people are going to end up having to live in a room instead of having a whole house under their head.
