In today's episode, we continue with our theme this week, which is mental focus. Mental focus is what most of us crave these days is at an all-time premium in a lifestyle of distraction,

sensationalized news, stress, and overwhelm.

Those just sound awful, don't they, saying them like that? But it is a reality for probably most of us these days.

And so many people are turning to meditation and for good reason. Meditation is one of the

best ways to calm your mind and body naturally.

The key is to not give yourself just an instance of calm every now and then, but rather to develop a

lifestyle of inner peace as you begin to create a clarity plan for yourself. I encourage you this week to set some boundaries

around your time that you meditate and your time that you focus, whether it's focusing to work on a project that's important to you or to deepen a relationship or to enhance your health,

whatever it may be, think about times that you could establish where you don't allow anything to interrupt this sacred time.

What I think you'll notice is that you yourself are the one who may interrupt this time because you may

get involved doing something else.

You may think that, oh, I don't have a chance to get to it today,

so I'll put it off until tomorrow and then it just keeps getting put

So think about what would work best in your schedule to be able to stick to a particular time of day where you could just allow yourself to focus, whether it's, as I mentioned
