Story time, my friends.

Today I'm sharing with you a story that I heard years ago

from Wayne Dyer, who I loved, still love,

and this story, when he told it on a stage, it's just never left me.

And I really think that it is the solution

to many things if we're willing to allow it in and to look at this story with some curiosity in our own life.

Here is how it goes.

There was a man who dropped his keys in his living room during a power failure.

The man grew up around on the floor in the darkness for a long time and couldn't find his keys. Then he noticed out the window that down the block a street light was on.

So he got up, left his house, went down the street, and started looking for his keys under the streetlight.

After a while his neighbour spotted him and went over to see if he could help.

What's wrong? he asked.

I dropped my keys, he said.

Where did you drop them?

Oh, back in my house in the living room.

Then why are you looking for them under this street light?

His neighbor asked.

Ah, the man said, because the light is so much better out here.

What does this mean to you?

I know what it means to me.

I mean, picture that someone loses their keys.
