I want to share an embarrassing Pilates story right now.

If you've ever used a Pilates reformer, they do look like instruments of torture,

They have different straps, handles and a lot of people joke that they look like torture devices.

But it's the only exercise that I've come to like, especially after moving to

Miami. Pilates is very popular here. And it's a class that I really enjoy going to because I enjoy just having

45 minutes to myself with no phone, no one able to reach me. And actually as I work out, fun hack for you, you could try this, whatever you're doing, yoga, running. I love to go through affirmations in my mind,

positive affirmations, to have almost like a double workout, right? The workout of my body and

the very healthy workout of my mind, focusing on what it is that is wanted in my life.

But I want to share with you something that happened that was kind of embarrassing a few months ago

Typically in Pilates there's always like one or two new people, right, especially in the popular Saturday morning classes.

And because of all the different straps and devices on these machines, it's pretty easy
