400k flipping houses. You're on track to double that this year so I want to help the

listeners and teach them how to start flipping houses like you.

So for people who don't know who you are, can you give us your quick

backstory on who you are and what you do in real estate? Yeah sure so I'm a Fix and Flipper here in Las Vegas.

Fix and Flip only, no wholesale, no rentals, just fix and flip only.

Yep. And, um... just fix and flip only. only.

Yeah, that's, I just dial things down to that one thing and, you know, I would say what separates me

from other people is that I choose to work with my

parents. Oh okay. I would say it's a blessing and also a curse. I mean the

blessing is that it's cool to work with my parents and to spend extra time with them.

Yeah. I feel like I get that benefit a lot of people don't don't get.

And the cons is that the company grows a lot slower.
