As much as I've talked about having therapy on this podcast I've never explained how to find a therapist or the resources available to find out what therapy is available to you, where to find it and the different types of therapy available.
In this episode I share information that I hope is useful to anyone who thinks therapy might be a good resource for them but doesn't know where to start.
