On today’s podcast, I had The Blockchain Boy on. If you don’t know who he is, he’s got a pretty big following on TikTok and Twitter. Today we talked about all things crypto and NFT’s. As you guys know, I am very interested in NFT’s, specifically since I’m launching my own later this year! We talked about what good NFT projects look like, which ones are scams, and why the community is so important. That was a very good conversation! We also discuss how, as a 17 year old, he got into the crypto space and was making six figures. His mom even got him into it, which I’ve never heard in my life! It was pretty cool to hear his story and about what he’s doing on the media side of things, the projects he’s investing in, and what kind of projects he’s advising in. The Blockchain Boy is just shy of 21 years old and is making 6 figures in NFT’s and crypto. When he was 16, he was told to invest in Bitcoin and fell in love with the tech and the crypto space. He grew his account by flipping smaller coins to make profit. Lucas and I talk about how we bought coins at good times but held until the bottom again. Despite the losses, it was a good learning experience for the both of us!

Lucas has always been an entrepreneur and has attended many crypto events working on his networking skills. In the past few years, The Blockchain Boy started on social media in January 2021. He runs no nonsense channels and has grown his channels significantly. He didn’t even intend to have a large presence online, but he has built a great community.

We think that 2022 is going to be the year of crypto regulation. It’s going to be a big change, but Lucas discusses how people can and will adjust. The Blockchain Boy and I talk about his beef with another online crypto presence. Lucas talks about how he respects him as a person but has professional differences and disagreements. We discuss the crypto space in general and how many investors are highly emotional in regards to their investments.

Lucas discusses the future of NFT’s. He thinks that the NFT space will pop in the coming years. The most popular projects will last and continue to be valuable, but many projects, especially those that lack utility and branding, will not survive the pop. Lucas’ advice on picking a good project relies on being in the right place at the right time, and compares NFT’s to gambling.
