Hi everybody. Welcome to the Women's Dating and Confidence Podcasts. My name is Amber, and today we're going to talk about how to feel more beautiful.

Before we get into that, I want to share with you my free guide called

0:22.5

copy and paste texts for when he's pulling away or acting flaky. The link for that is going to be

0:29.1

in the show notes of this episode. So let's jump right into the episode. I want to talk about

2:01.8

earlier age before dating. So anyways, I struggled with that for a long time, was really obsessed

with weight, dieting, um, and in really, really unhealthy ways, like starving, using certain
