| 0:00.0 | Hi everybody. Welcome to the Women's Dating and Confidence Podcast. My name is Amber, and today we're going to talk about prioritizing dating. Before we get into that, I want to share with you my free guide called |
| 0:22.7 | copy and paste texts for when he's pulling away or acting flaky. And the link for that is going to be |
| 0:29.4 | in the show notes of this episode. So the topic of prioritizing dating came up to date in one of |
| 0:36.5 | our group coaching sessions because one of the |
| 0:39.3 | women is a single mom and she has other priorities or there are just other things that are |
| 0:46.3 | sometimes more fun to do than dating like your hobbies or hanging out with friends. And so |

| 2:04.4 | there was a budget problem and so as i was explaining this to her she actually shared that oh you know what |
| 2:11.1 | i actually always have thought of dating as kind of a frivolous thing and not something that's essential or necessary, |
| 2:19.4 | because that is kind of the common culture where I live. |
| 2:24.4 | So first of all, just check in with yourself and see if you have a similar belief around |
| 2:30.6 | the department of dating. |
| 2:33.8 | And if you see that department as essential to the health of your life, |
