So much of our life is spent in chaotic hustle,

the hustle to matter, the hustle to be heard, the hustle to keep up with almost everything.

You spend so much of our energy driving so hard. Frantically spending energy to hopefully

one day arrive at a place called peace.

To be able to feel okay in our skin,

to feel loved and worthiness.

But what if you could find that peace and that love and your worth in the right now in this present moment to not have to hustle for it, but to claim it is yours today.

My name is Mike Foster, and this is fun therapy. So if you were to come over to my house, you would notice, if you're kind of a

details person, you would notice that every light switch I have in my house is on a dimmer.

And it has the ability to lower the lights or increase the light.

And I love mood lighting. I just think lighting's really important and I like to dim it usually in the evenings and kind of have that moody vibe thing going on.

Kind of drives my wife nuts a little bit.

She's always, it's too dark in here.

I'm like, no, it's just, that's what we call mood lighting.

But I think, you know what we're doing with fun therapy and this this adventure that we're all on together my goal is to turn up the dimmer in your house
