his social life around everything. So first thing, what's all that, Nathan, is a little bit

about goal setting, how you do that for yourself in terms of both short term and long term, and how you also kind of set time frame

I said achievable goals. That's like the first thing is like working out what I want to achieve and then how possible is that and what the timeframe is. I set smaller goals over bigger goals

because I find if I set two bigger goals, I'm too focused on the end goal and I don't enjoy the

process. Yeah. If I step like one step at a time, it's easier to like tick that off and also appreciate it

as I go.

It's good to have long term goals and I definitely have like big picture things, but I then

break up on a smaller element that I want to tick off on the way.
