Hi everybody. Thanks again for tuning into the women's dating and confidence podcast. Today is a very special episode because I'm going to take you through a step-by-step process where you are going to

access your future self that has created the results that you want. And I've done this

exercise with clients before and it's extremely effective when you take the time to sit down

and write out your answers.

And you can just listen to this podcast and kind of reflect on what your answers are,

but most people find that it's much more useful when you do sit down and write out your

answers to the questions that I'm going to ask you.

When you do this exercise, you will find

that by the end of it, you know exactly what action to take, so it gets you out of overwhelm.

You feel certain that you can achieve the result that you want. And with that combination of

knowing what to do and feeling certain that what you do will pay off,

you feel much more motivated to take action.

Lastly, before we get started, don't worry about taking notes or writing down the questions

because I created a written version of this exercise and it's on my blog. So the link to that is in the show notes

and you can always refer back to that if you need to. All right, now that you have your pen and paper,

I want you to write down your answers in as much detail as possible to the following questions.

The first question is, what do you want your

dating life to look like? We spend a lot of time feeling bad about where we are, and we generally have a

vague idea of what we want, but usually that idea is just better than this or more than this.

And we never really take the time to really visualize what it is that we want specifically.

What kind of person are we looking for? What kind of relationship are we looking for?

What kind of adventures do we want to go on
