Today I have the great honour and pleasure of working my development tutor, Gary Wright, who's been teaching for many years.

0:20.3

Gary, hello. Good morning. How are you?

0:22.6

Thank you for coming on. Gary, you've been my teacher for a year and a half, probably now.

0:28.0

But how did it all begin for you? My medianship journey started properly, I would say, in

0:34.6

1982. Like most people, I've always been a little bit curious about ghosts and

0:39.3

paranormal and things like that. And I had a couple of experiences when I was younger that sort of

0:45.0

made me a little bit more curious. I used to be in the Royal Air Force. Nothing special. I just worked in the

0:50.2

Supply Squadron and went to various different units during my career. But I was sent down to

1:27.2

1:28.4

had really affected me up until that point. But when you see things that happened, and unfortunately,

1:35.7

I did experience a couple of people that I came across that passed over. And it changed me.

1:40.3

I became a lot more spiritual. I became a lot more loving. Before then, I was very homophobic,

1:45.5

and I don't mind saying that at all, because it was a time and it was an era. And it wasn't

1:50.5

as accepted back then as it is now, but now it's completely different. I'm totally tolerant

1:55.4

of people, you know, their sexual orientation. Could you understand nowadays that it doesn't

1:59.2

make a blind bit of difference? Because everyone's on their own on their own journey and their own path? But coming back from the Falklands
