Someone who's really important to you because you love them, you care about them, you want to be around them.

And then of course there's those people who you you wish they would change not because you love them, but because you kind of have to be around them all the time.

And the principles I'm going to share in this brief podcast are really going to apply no matter who you're dealing with, whether it's your teenage daughter, the annoying guy who works in the cubicle next to you.
