if you've never invested in real estate before,

like what are you really going to add

by going to walk that problem before you close on it, right?

Like, you're gonna walk through and you're just gonna say, oh, that looks nice,, oh, that looks like you don't even know what you're looking at, right? But if you send a property inspector who does this for a living completely unbiased because they're getting paid either way. You send a handyman or a general

contract to write up a bid. You have your realtor maybe do a video walk

through for you and give you their interpretation of the property. How much

value are you as a first-time investor really going to add above and beyond what those three

professionals have done?
