I know like when I first started investing in real estate there were a lot of people were like man I'm you know I'm not a great real estate

because I missed the O8 crash and everything didn't happen afterwards right and they're like I'm just waiting for the next crash and now it was like post COVID like well man COVID's here I don't you know

I don't know what I want to do like I need to wait you know and people who didn't

buy during COVID they're kicking themselves because property values doubled right now

it's like man interest rates were too high like I don't know if I want to buy because I want to

wait for rates to come down and now they're going to be complaining about affordability

next so for me it's like it doesn't matter where the market's at it's how can you adapt your

strategy to match with where we're at today?
