You know, one of my favorite activities growing up was to go fishing with my dad.

You know, either on the Rutt River or we'd take a day trip and fish the Mississippi.

Sunday morning, my dad would offer us up.

You know, kids, do you want to go fishing with him or church with mom?

I think we learn more about life's values and spiritual beliefs from dad as we dropped our

So today, we're going to go fishing, but we're going to do it on Saturday, so tomorrow you won't have to miss church.

So as you no doubt know, we've been told that fish should be a regular part of our diet.

Many studies have shown that people who eat regularly eat fish reduce their risk of dying from heart disease by more than one third.
